Operating Principle :
Fluids flow from High pressure to low pressure. Therefore positive pressure maintained in the Panel prevents the entry of outside gases in the Panel.
Flameproof and Explosion Proof Panels are required to be used in hazardous areas for safe operation. Traditionally these panels are die cast. This places a limitation on the size of the panel.
Purge Panels can overcome this issue as these are specially fabricated Panels. The Panel is supplied with clean air or inert gas at sufficient flow and pressure to ensure positive pressure inside the panel. The panel is designed to ensure sufficient pressure build-up with the required Heat Dissipation for equipment mounted inside.
